NOMINATE YOUR SUPER PARENT HONOREE
The 2022 Super Parent of the Year nomination form is now open.
Community members, children can nominate their parent(s) by writing a paragraph
that emphasizes the following:
• Opportunities Super Parent(s) have provided for their children.
• How the Super Parent(s) have served as role models.
• Personal sacrifices that the Super Parent(s) have made to benefit their children.
• Qualities or characteristics that make their Super Parent(s) special.
• The SPD committee will also take into consideration the nominee’s contribution to civic organizations, the welfare
of the community, and to a chosen field or profession.
